Our approach

Online marketing and PR is an iterative, results-driven process based upon user reaction and empirical data. There are essentially x steps to achieve every goal:

1. Define the objective and decide which metrics will be used to determine success. For example, a client may wish to improve online sales, and the measurements may be be a 10x increase in new site visitors, a 3x increase in time spent on the site, and a 2x increase in online sales.
2. Determine a realistic plan, based upon the resources available, and the precise steps needed to reach completion.
3. Monitor and measure along the way. At each step, decide if the immediate results are heading in the right direction. If not, make changes.
4. Project close-out and review. Assess what happened and learn from successes and failures.
