Lead generation cannot be tied to every initiative. It’s important to set yourself up for success by establishing success metrics before you execute.

In our new marketing world, “Do More with Less”, disruptive tactics can pay off. We like this post from Convo Blog on disruptive advertising research. Our opinion: Get out of your comfort zone and try something disruptive if it makes sense for your brand. Disruptive and social can be a natural way to broaden your effort.

Brian Solis’s view on business model generation for social.  A topical discussion and we’ve had several discussions on the subject. Who should own social? Our opinion: it’s many parts of the organization and to Brian’s point the short answer, is everyone. At the same time there is a clear need for social business structure and a model.
